Therefore only advertising space may be sold and bought on this site. If you are surfing in the media category "Billboards & wallscapes " and decide to list advertising space, the advertising space is required to be related to billboards and wallscapes. If you are in doubt whether your item can be classified as advertising space, please contact us. 3stepAdvertising.reserves the right not to place ads for public viewing . For example, some ads may be hidden from public view but that does not mean these ads are not listed.
3stepAdvertising reserves the right to delete or ban users. For example, when users do not abide by the terms and conditions.

After you have red the rules and decided which advertising space you own meets the requirements (see "Do I qualify" section) you may proceed with the procedure.
The first thing we ask you to do is to complete a simple on-line registration. After you have completed the registration, login and place an ad containing all important information about your advertising space. If you qualify to join our program we will send you a quote for your ad space. If you will be satisfied with quota then we'll ask you to sign an exclusive 3 year contract with us. This means that you agree to have your ad space wrapped by us as and when our customers need it – normally speaking the minimum amount of time our clients want ad space wrapped is three to six months.

Monthly inspections
Once a month your advertising space will be inspected in order to report to our clients that the ad space is clean and functioning.

Payment
Once we have the inspection report we will pay you your monthly fee. This can be by cheque or direct bank transfer – it's entirely up to you.
Amount of money you can make by renting your advertising space varies depending on location, ad space area etc.
You will be given exact quote for your advertising space once we determine the market value of your advertising space.

1. You own* a building or piece of land that is suitable for placing a billboard or wallscape.

2. Your property is located on a busy location and is highly visible to vehicles or pedestrians.

* If the property is owned by more then one owner, it is necessary for all owners of the property to agree to the terms and conditions before signing the contract.

Can I choose the ads that go on my property?
Usually, the only grounds for refusal are if the ad space owner has a moral disagreement with an alcohol, tobacco or sex related advertisement. The companies do not want participants to advertise for products which they have a moral disagreement with.

How much time does it take to install the ad?
It depends on type of property, location and ad space. Installation normally takes between one and four days depending on how much coverage has to be applied.

Will it damage my property?
No. After ad is removed from your property we will make sure that your property will be in state as before.
